About the formats

MOV
MOV is Apple's QuickTime video format, used by iPhone cameras and Macs. It often contains the same video as MP4, so it can usually be turned into MP4 quickly without losing quality.
WebM
WebM is an open video format from Google, used on the web and by screen recorders. Some phones, TVs and editing apps can't open it, so it is often converted to MP4.
